Flexible:

Any Guest cancell their booking  1 day before to check in date Full Refund will be Processed.

*Moderate:

Any Guest cancell their booking  5 days before to check in Date Full Refund will be Processed.

*Strict:

a.Full refund for cancellation made within 48 hours of booking.if the check in date is 15 dates away.

b.50% refund for cancellation made atleast 7 days before check in date.

c.No Refund for cancellation made with in 7 days of check in.

*Natural calamities:

In case of any cancellation due to Natural Calamities and Goverment restrictions  no any refund will be initiated but instead of that guest can postpone their reservation to any upcoming days for next 90days based on availability of the Hotel,Homestay or Services.
