a.If any cancellation initiated by Guest as per the cancellation policy the cancellation payment will be refunded to guest within 7 to 10 days from date of cancellation to their Bank account or to their UPI id.Service fee of 15 percent will be deducted from the guest paid and rest will credited as  above said

b.If any cancellation initiated by the Host then full paid amount by the guest will be refunded to guest Bank account or UPI payment without any service charge deduction by the aggregator.Host should found the another property for the cancelled guest with equilaent pricing for guest accommodation.

c.In case of any cancellation due to Natural Calamities and Goverment restrictions  no any refund will be initiated, instead of that guest can postpone their reservation to any upcoming days for next 90days based on availability of the Hotel,Homestay or Services
